Order Cancellations

We can only consider cancellation requests before an order has entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have reviewed your request. After review, we may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or refund where applicable.
